Liz

Liz is our fantastic bookkeeper, without whom there would be no Alligator's Mouth! Liz also met Margaret and Tony at The Lion & Unicorn, where she worked with them for many years. She is super organised and keeps us all in place to ensure everything at the shop runs smoothly. Liz may work beneath the shop floor in our downstairs office, but she will never turn down a cup of tea or a good chat.
