Mysterious Things: Andy J. Pizza (Author/Illustrator Visit)

We can't wait to welcome Andy J. Pizza, author and illustrator of Invisible Things, to the shop to celebrate the latest book in the series Mysterious Things. Andy will be visiting us for a storytime with activities on Saturday 15th August.

About the event: Join author/illustrator Andy J. Pizza for a special story time as he reads his new book, Mysterious Things, an entertaining story that encourages kids to embrace curiosity and ask questions about the mysterious things all around them. Questions like: What do dreams mean? What is at the bottom of the ocean? Where is that lost puzzle piece? Following the reading, Andy will sign copies of both Invisible Things and Mysterious Things. Children are also invited to enjoy a fun colouring and drawing activity inspired by the stories. If you’re ready to begin unravelling these mysteries and more, grab your detective’s hat or slip into your lab coat and come along on an exciting journey to embrace the unknown!

About the author/illustrator: Andy J. Pizza is a New York Times Bestselling author-illustrator of many books for children and adults such as "Invisible Things" and "A Pizza with Everything On It". Pizza is also the creator of the popular podcast Creative Pep Talk. He lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and three kids.

Children aged 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All tickets cover 1 child with accompanying adult(s).

This event is ideal for ages 5-8.

Tickets are £5, of which £3 is redeemable against either of Andy's books (both are hardbacks priced at £13.99 each).
